Hard starting when cold

My 07 Sky Redline is hard starting when cold (no problem once warmed up). This started about a year ago. It hasn't gotten worse, nor better. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to get it to start. The manual says to replace (in order) MAP first, and if that doesn't fix it, then its the MAF, and if that doesn't fix it its the EVAP solenoid. I have replaced all and it hasn't fixed the problem.

I had my GM dealer do some diagnostics on the car, and they couldn't find the problem either, and its not throwing any codes.

Since the problem started, I've also upgraded the charge pipes with polished aluminum one's. Had the GMPP Stage 2 tune reflashed and installed a new stage 2 MAP sensor. Added a DDM CAI, also with the polished aluminum tube. Added a high flow cat with brand new O2 sensors, and Solo 3" exhaust exiting the rear via the center duals and covered by a Norms valance.

It hasn't stranded me yet, but it is annoying.

Ideas?
