I just replaced the battery in my 2007 Solstice. However, now the radio I dead and there is nothing in the manual regarding resetting the radio/cd player. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Having owned GM products for last 26 years (mostly Chevy Trucks) the radio needs a code when it looses power. It is an anti theft deterrent, if some thief steals your radio he can't get it to work once it gets powered up again without the code. I know that the dealership I have bought most of my trucks through it's last 4 of their phone number. So I've never had to think about it. When I bought my '06 last year this time from the used lot at the Buick dealership and the Chevy dealership I lease my wife's Equinox from they've both told me they can read it when ever I want to bring it in. Hopefully you have a working relationship with a GM who can help you out. Once you have the code it can be reset to any 4 digits that you like.
