Somewhere, sometime in the recent past I saw posted a link to two manuals for body panel fit and adjustment and side window adjustment. I'm particularly interested in the way to adjust the drivers window as it is wearing into the soft top at the top rear of the glass. Can anyone please point me to those links?
Thanks, Dd

The file attached will not help you with the window problem but it is extremely useful for other issues.

As far as the tilt of the side window, I took these pages out of my 2007 service manual. I have an '06...should be the same for all years.

I had the same problem with my car and these pages fixed it for me.

Let me know if more help is needed.

If you have not joined www.solsticeforum.com, do so...it is a wealth of information.

Hope all of this helps...

Larry Y.

Larry,
Those are the documents I was thinking of. I really appreciate you sending the attachments! I've only had my Solstice a little over a year now so maybe I should try to find those manuals somewhere myself.
Again, I thank you. Now if I can just fix the torn top at the back corner. Good thing I know how to sew!

If you need a replacement top, might check with HoosierGXP on the Solstice Forum. He may have a top or know where to find one. He buys damaged cars and rebuilds them or parts them out. I have purchased a few items from him. He is only an hour and a half from my location.

He is in Portland, IN

I have his cell # if needed.

Thanks Larry, but the top is in really great shape outside of the small worn place where the window rubs on it. I think I can just sew on a new edging piece in that area and it should be fine. I think I can get a matching scrap of fabric from Sailrite in Columbia City, only a half an hour from where I live in Fort Wayne.
But I'll keep this in the back of my head for future reference.
