The steering wheel that I bought from a very nice chap on the BST forum
arrived today and after a couple minutes of gentle coaxing, it is now installed. The old one had a long split in the rubber and would turn a bit while driving. Barry had removed this wheel from a ‘70 GT project and placed it on a shelf years ago until I saw it in the background of a picture he posted. He was happy to sell it to someone that was going to use it and I was happy to have it. The one I removed will get a leather wrap that I purchased from a company in the UK.
