Just completed installing  telescopic rear shock absorbers (ie dampers to you North Americans) Kit purchased from Nepean Classics near Sydney for $215.Very simple to fit(took my neighbour and me 2 hours) I'm absolutely delighted with the result; the car rides softer, yet paradoxically rolls less in the corners. The car also bounces around much less on rough surfaces. Highly recommended. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

the previous photo showed a superficially healthy sill. It transpired that in past years I'd paid good money for &quot;restoration&quot; work done with chicken wire and filler over untouched rust.here's some of what we found. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Third and hopefully last restoration was completed this week. After 35 years of ownership this is the best the cars ever looked.As always,more trouble than expected emerged during the work, especially in the notorious weak spot; the sills.Today's photo will show what looked like a healthy sill till probing revealed otherwise &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
