I have freed up a number of engines with marvel mystery.. Transmission fluid and diesel mix work great.. also best to put a socket on the crank pully nut with a big breaker bar or put a pipe extension on a short one and bump it not to hard .. you don't want to break a ring if really frozen

Thanks Dave. I just bought the 23mm socket...Gonna start by pushing the bar counter clockwise so the bold does not crack loose on the balancer. I have a feeling and with my usal luck, I will need to pull the head to take a better look.
