Still don’t have a huge amount of time to devote to the car so it’s going to take longer than I’d like to get everything done. I have to be satisfied with whatever I get done whenever I can free up a little time.

Only had a few minutes this evening so I started at the front knowing that the bumper needed to come off in order for the HF engine hoist to reach far enough. Looks like it is going to need some massaging before it goes back on. Got the grille out too. The poor fishmouth grille has seen better days but there is a nicely refurbished one in a box that will go back on when it’s time and the old one might be a future project when there is time. Sounds like a Winter time thing. The front valance needs some love and I’m debating whether to mess with that right now. One of those might as well jobs. It’s pretty beat up but that could also be a Winter project.

Ordered a mechanics creeper from Amazon yesterday and that’s supposed to show up tomorrow so that will make my trips underneath the car more comfortable. Got lots of stuff to do under there to get the engine and gearbox ready to come out. We’ll see what kind of time I can free up tomorrow.
