Time and weather were favorable today although it took awhile to warm up enough for me to be comfortable on the ground.
Removed the driver side swivel axle assembly, all brake lines, steering rack and finally dropped the crossmember out of the wreck. The rear suspension is next but the weather is supposed to turn colder with some rain/sleet possibly in the foothills so I don’t know how far I’ll get.
The forum member that purchased the motor and gearbox is coming up from California tomorrow to take possession so the end of the line for my ‘70 roadster is not far away save for some parts that I’m keeping.
Looking forward to getting to work on my GT in the not too distant future.
