Hasn’t been much interest in acquiring my ‘70 roadster roller other than from afar where shipping was a deal breaker.
Started pulling the front suspension today although it was late in the day and only enough time to drop the passenger side spring pan and spring out. The weather is supposed to cooperate tomorrow and with no other commitments, I should be able to get the whole front end dropped out.
After that, it’s onto the rear suspension and one attempt to see if there is any interest in the tub before the SawzAll comes out.
Engine and gearbox are due to be picked up soon so garage and carport space will be freed up enough to start in on the GT work that needs to be done. Hoping to get all of the roadster front suspension parts cleaned up and sandblasted and either painted or powder coated. The guy that did my GT wheels did a good job so we’ll see what he has to say.
