I've been working on this project so much I can't even keep track of the episodes -- in-video title says Episode 40 -- Episode 39 is correct!

I'm sorry that you did not meet your deadline, but that's typical for a vehicle restoration project. Your car really is looking good. I can't wait to see it running. BTW, the leading edge of the radiator housing should be underneath the edge of the front cowl.

Ah! Thanks for the tip -- I think that's an easy adjustment.

No worries. I've been working on the front end of two of my Midgets recently, so the misalignment jumped out at me. Before you bolt up the housing, you have to pull it back and under the cowl lip. You'll have just enough room between the radiator and the fan blades to do so.

Nice work. At first I thought it was risky not taping off to do the black but you did a fine job. Ill be doing mine once summer cools a bit.

Ha! I *KNEW* I could induce you to get rid of that mechanical fuel pump! Seriously, you'll be happy that you made the switch. Good job!
