Looks nice. Please be careful, as I think that the heat retardant material on that elbow is asbestos. You can find either HS2 or HS4 dual carb setups for this engine, although the HS4 is what was installed on the British Home Market cars.

It certainly looks like asbestos! Removed it with gloves and went right into a heavy duty Ziploc bag, so hopefully it's a non-issue. Surprised to see how much they are going for on eBay -- we'll hang onto ours.

Your exhaust manifold looks great! Can you share the preparation you did before applying POR high heat paint?

Prep was relatively straightforward I hit it with a wire wheel, then wiped down with mineral spirits, then sandpaper, then a mineral spirits wipe again. The high heat product requires a bake in the oven I thought it would stink up the house but it wasnt bad. The exhaust header received a similar treatment.
