Grew up amongst cars (motor mechanic father), and developed an affection for English cars and motorbikes of the 50's and 60's.
I’ve now owned my 1965 MGB for a large part of my life, since January 1970. So many memories after so long, and so many miles together.
My 1962 MGA is a relatively recent purchase; 2009.

Rear Telescopic Shock Absorber Conversion
Posted on: Friday September 7, 2007
Just completed installing telescopic rear shock absorbers (ie dampers to you North Americans) Kit purchased from Nepean Classics near Sydney for $215.Very simple to fit(took my neighbour and me 2 hours) I'm absolutely delighted with the result; the car rides softer, yet paradoxically rolls less in the corners. The car also bounces around much less on rough surfaces. Highly recommended.
